This incumbent reports to the Manager, Sales Operations and provides daily sales operation planning and support to sales teams in Asia Pacific region. This includes, but not limited to, provide operational sales support to sales representatives and sales leaders; interactions with sales leaders on execution on sales incentive programs and sales compensation-related matters and improving the sales operations process flow across departments. A heavy emphasis of this role will be placed on sales compensation.
Responsible for the monthly commission processing which includes quota setting in system, auditing commission calculations and providing in depth analysis of sales compensation-related data.
Delivers commission plan training and act as subject matter expert regarding sales compensation plans.
Work closely with Sales Reporting and Sales Compensation teams to support sales compensation initiatives.
Leverages customer feedback through, internal and external engagements, to define and create better support mechanisms and processes. Advises, supports and collaborates with management, sales teams and departments to improve sales support and enhance customer experience
Implements best practices such as sales document processes, sales operations work flow.
Support APAC extended sales team on sales operations queries and issues.
Provides ad hoc analysis to support non-routine business requirements if needed.
At Least 6 years of hands-on sales operations experience and/or marketing experience
Understand sales cycles, commission plans and quota setting procedure
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Familiar with CRM tools and systems, especially SFDC
High level of consulting skills and attitude required
Ability to collaborate and communicate with senior managers and other influential stakeholders.
Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel and PowerPoint
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks concurrently
Ability to deal with ambiguity in operating environments
Bachelors or Equivalent in Business or Finance
