A Quotation Analyst II will require a broad knowledge of the Off-net quoting process in EMEA and have an understanding of Level 3 product portfolio. Team members must have the ability to work under pressure and to tight timescales as per business SLA’s in support of Sales activities. Strong communications skills are required to work with vendors, Sales and other key stake holders. Analysts will work to the off-net strategy as set out by AMO & the Regional Carrier Relations Manager (CRM) Adherence to departmental process & procurement guidelines in the selection of the least cost solution is key. Able to work independently to meet own plan of work, whilst participating in the wider team and building productive and collaborative work relationships both internally and externally.
Provide support to Quotation Analyst I with processing complex SI's in support of big bids and negotiating lower costs within business service level agreements (SLA) that are cost effective for the customer and optimal for the business. Serve as escalation point for Quotation Analyst I.
Act as a subject matter expertise for specific regions and products to the bid team to ensure that least cost is quoted and negotiated with vendors throughout the bid process.
Provide relevant reports as required on bids and business as usual (BAU) pricing requests as required by Management.
Partner with special pricing to complete bids in support of business cases in a time effective manner.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills are required to work with vendors, Sales, and other key stake holders.
Great interpersonal skills and the ability to communicate with all levels of the business.
Retain a professional attitude at all times.
Team player and self-motivator.
Proactive in approach to the role and a “can do attitude”.
Ability to work under pressure and to tight timescales as per business SLA’s in support of Sales activities.
