Job Summary

The UK&I Marketing Manager is focused specifically on creating an executing vertical and horizontal ABM programmes, as well industry and customer specific to support the GTM for the UK&I enterprise market across.

The Marketing Manager is focused specifically on adopting an ABM marketing approach to growing the wallet spend of current customers and well as developing our prospective customer base within our key verticals. The Campaigns Manager will be aligned to a specific sales team and will work closely with the sales team to help drive both acquisition and existing customer base demand and revenue growth within specific vertical sectors. This position will work closely with sales, support, product, and the wider international teams to build and execute marketing programmes to drive this growth for the local region.

The Marketing Manager will work closely with the wider EMEA Field Marketing team and the local Sales teams, as well as collaborate with the central and solutions marketing teams.

Job Description

  • Works as part of wider EMEA Field Marketing team, with a specific remit for the UK&I enterprise market

  • Collaborates cross functionally with central marketing, solutions marketing and local sales teams to develop campaign narratives, messaging, and tactics.

  • Responsible for planning, delivering, monitoring, and enhancing horizontal and vertical marketing programmes, as well as industry and customer events in line with business objectives.

  • Translates go-to-market strategies and identified opportunities into actionable and measurable marketing programmes, using all elements of the marketing mix (e.g. direct communication via direct mail or email, events, PR, social media, digital marketing).

  • Works with external agencies to create and lead the delivery of ABM vertical and horizontal campaigns

  • Ensures campaigns are executed on-time, accurately, and successfully. Plans, designs, and executes marketing programmes to drive prospect interest and demand.

  • Manages the execution and measurement of marketing campaigns, and interacts with, and analyses, reports from our internal CRM and marketing automation systems.

  • Proactively monitors campaign impact, effectiveness(ROI), and market penetration rates to formulate recommendations to improve results. Tests new marketing initiatives to improve results.

  • Recognizes and shares data trends and recommends best practices based on successful campaigns. Recommends new tools to better the overall marketing process.

Qualifications

Minimum Qualifications:

  • 3yrs marketing and/or sales experience in software or hi-technology industries, preferably in B2B marketing.

  • Proven experience working with sales teams and supporting programmes to drive awareness and sales

  • User of marketing and salesforce automation tools (e.g. Marketo, Salesforce.com at http://salesforce.com/ , etc.)

  • Ability to consistently produce results on time and within budget

  • Excellent communication skills: verbal, written and presentation

  • Attention to detail

  • Highly motivated, energetic individual who thrives in a fast-paced environment and comes with start-up 'anything and everything' mentality.

  • Capable of creating content internally or leveraging agencies where appropriate

  • Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to establish positive relationships with team members.

  • Ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously, prioritizing workloads to meet competing deadlines.

  • Ability to work independently and take the initiative

  • Good understanding of the B2B IT Market.
