Responsible for the Service Desk function of the EMEA business sector supporting CenturyLink’s corporate customers utilising a diverse mixture of Telecommunications Services; including Managed Data, Voice, CDN & Data Centre applications and services.
The role includes day to day management of the Service Desk, inclusive of staffing optimising their performance and their development.
Strong leadership experience in a Service Desk or other customer facing operational team environment.
An effective leader the role requires effective communications at all levels internally and externally.
Extensive experience in the Telecoms sector, and the vision to establish a consistent focus on service improvement, whilst striving to achieve the highest service quality of service standards.
Customer engagement focus, and skills are essential alongside a passion to improve the customer experience at all touch points.
Proven ability to adjust and thrive in dynamic changing environments.
Business communication are conducted in English; making this is a key requirement, the ability to additionally converse in either French, German or Spanish is advantageous.
Typically requires a BTEC, HND, 3 A’ Level standard in a related field (or the equivalent in education and experience).
