Es el encargado de resolver los incidentes reportados por los niveles primarios de Service Assurance en los que respecta a la red y sistemas de Telefonía.
Responsable de la operación, administración y mantenimiento de la red de Voice & Collaborations.
Encargado de atender y resolver requerimientos/incidentes propios del área de telefonía derivados por los primeros niveles de Assurance
Realizar el seguimiento de estos incidentes y reportes de fallas
Estudiante avanzado o Ingeniero en Electrónica/Telecomunicaciones
Certificación CNNA deseable
Experiencia en áreas de Telefonía
Conocimientos y experiencia en Protocolos SIP, SS7, R2, ISDN, Megaco,/MGCP
Experiencia en Servicios de Voice & Collaborations y video conferencia
Conocimientos de SQL
Conocimiento de redes IP, Routers, Switches, Gataways
Inglés: nivel intermedio
