Job Description:
·Test and turn up of digital loop carrier systems (Adtran DSL, Litespan 2000, Nextlevel POTS/Video, Fujitsu 4100/4500)
·Test and turn up of fiber fed carrier systems (Adtran TA3000)
·Provisions, Installs, and Maintains DS0/DS1/DS3 circuits.
·Conducts tests associated with the installation, repair, turn-up of T1 and HDSL spans for Hi-Cap and T1 Circuits.
·Resolves customer issues and problems; insure customer satisfaction; and insures service is working to specifications before closing job.
·Utilizes various testing devices such as laptops, T-berd 209/2209, 965DSP, HST 3000c, EXFO fiber scope and meter, and laptop.
·When installing or repairing circuits, connects equipment to inside cable and makes cross connection in remote terminals, cross boxes and at the customer premise.
·Connects, repairs and rearranges cable conductors in utility holes.
·Locates, connects, repairs and rearranges cable and cable conductors in building and aerial or buried plant.
·Performs trouble isolation of transport, customer and company communications components, cable and infrastructure from the customer's premise up to and including the central office/loop runner equipment.
·Interfaces with other work groups to ensure that committed service test dates and times are met, and to test the integrity of service prior to customer release.
·Works directly with customers to insure that services and applications are working properly and are in conformance to specifications.


Other Requirements of Job:


* Employee’s weight and tools combined may not exceed 280-pound weight limit as specified by the manufacturer.


* Work shifts are determined by seniority and may include pager duty, weekends, and late or overnight shifts.


* Ability to perform strenuous physical activities including, but not limited to lifting and/or moving up to 100 pounds.


* Experience in using a body belt and safety straps.


* Requires state drivers’ license and current satisfactory driving record.


* Ability to perceive differences in wire and cable colors.

Work Environment:
· Works outside in all weather conditions.

Job Requirements 
Basic Qualifications:&lt;?xml:namespace prefix = o ns = "urn:schemas-microsoft-com:office:office" /&gt;
·  Previous experience in provisioning, installing, and Maintaining DS0/DS1 circuits.
·  Previous experience conducting tests associated with the installation, repair, turn-up of T1 and HDSL spans for Hi-Cap and T1 Circuits.
·  Proficient with remote test access systems via laptop (FLEXR (GT), Adtran, Actelis, Litecraft Pro).

* Basic electricity knowledge (through classes or on the job related training) including: reading &amp; interpreting circuit diagrams, equipment drawings, &amp; technical manuals, AC/DC usage and measurements.

* Experience working in teams or alone problem solving, coordinating testing and troubleshooting customer lines or toll lines.

* Ability to read cable prints and maps.

* Ability to read and understand design services word docs.

* Experience working independently with little supervision.

* Experience meeting work deadlines.

* Customer Service experience face-to-face and over the phone.

* Ability to use a laptop as a testing and diagnostic tool.

* Previous experience working with WFA.

* Knowledge of hand tools, power tools, and test equipment such as Tberds, laptop, HST 3000, 965 DSP, Sidekick, Volt-ohm meter, oscilloscopes, transmission measuring sets or comparable testing equipment.

* Experience in connecting color coded wires and cables to terminals, attaching or detaching various kinds of hardware to wires, cables, buildings and poles.

* Internal Candidates must meet Time in Title/Location requirements of their current position for consideration.

* Experience in working on a computer in Windows based systems and Microsoft Outlook.

* Successful completion and qualification of applicable testing, interviewing, and skills review process.


Preferred Qualifications:

A minimum of twenty four months experience within the last five years with these skills:


* Proficient with remote test access systems via laptop (flexr, GT, Adtran, Actellis)

* Previous experience testing and turning up Adtran and Lightspan 2000 equipment.

* Installing and repairing design services products such as DS0/DS1/DS3.

* Installing and repairing multiplexing equipment for business customers.

* Utilizing test equipment such as Laptop, Tberd/Acterna, 965 DSP, Fiber Meters, and HST 3000.

Job Description 
We have an immediate need for a Executive Administrative Assistant 3. The principal purpose of this position is to provide administrative and executive support to the Area VP of Sales based in Seattle, WA. The successful candidate must be skilled at handling multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment. Assignments typically involve work of a confidential nature and require extensive knowledge of department, business unit and company practices, policies, programs and product lines. Assembles and analyzes information, prepares reports, manuals, agendas, correspondences and memoranda. Coordinates activities across departments.
Responsibilities:
·  Provides comprehensive and pro-active support for the Area VP – Business Sales and acts on their behalf for multiple levels of administrative matters with a high level of professionalism and confidentiality.
·  Considerable executive-level administrative responsibilities including but not limited to: calendar management; scheduling of meetings; writing/editing speeches and presentations; travel arrangements; project management; and other administrative/managerial duties as required.
·  Participate in and attend management level meetings and take minutes, as directed.

Associates degree in a business or secretarial related field, or equivalent administrative, clerical experience.
