* The main focus of this position is to create/maintain production support for applications used by our primary user groups around network services impacting our external customers.

Position Description:
·Highly skilled technical support engineering position with subject matter expert status for the maintenance and repair in one or more of the following:
o Avaya Call Center Systems
o Cisco UCCE
o Nortel Contact Center Systems
·Provide non-routine installation of highly complex hardware, software, and facility interfaces necessary to support the highly complex portions of the corporate communications network. 
·Respond to trouble tickets using software and hardware tools to identify, diagnose, and resolve highly complex network problems. Must be available for rotational on-call (pager) duty.
·Conducts highly complex system monitoring and maintenance activities across multiple CPE locations.
·Develops and supports technical job aids and troubleshooting documentation.
·Participates in root cause investigation and reporting.
·Maintains familiarity with disaster recovery process and procedures and assist in ongoing disaster recovery and business continuity planning.
·Available to travel to other locations as required with little notice.
·Will perform other duties as assigned by management.
